Delivery Information

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended slightly.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to cater to your needs:

Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently deliver across UK.

  • Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

  • If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days, please contact our support team at support@stonli.co.uk.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, kindly check the tracking details first.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 10 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

 


 

Returns & Refunds

At STONLI, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
✅ Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
✅ Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
✅ Be returned within 10 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Personalized or custom-made products
❌ Items marked as Final Sale
❌ Gift cards and promotional items

How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer support at support@stonli.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Receive a Return Label: If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label (for eligible locations).

  3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item and send it back using the provided label. If a return label is not provided, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive the item, it will be inspected within 3-5 business days.

  5. Refund Issued: If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
